Senior Config Analyst
We are looking for a skilled Senior Config Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to work remotely, collaborate effectively with other team members, and have a strong understanding of configuring and maintaining CRM systems, as well as enterprise systems such as Sales Force, AWD, and SharePoint. The successful candidate should also have expert level knowledge in Word templates, Adobe Acro Pdfs, and Excel, with the ability to read and interpret existing Excel formulas and re-write new ones. The candidate should also be able to read, write, and execute SQL queries, have an eye for detail, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Configure, maintain and support CRM systems, as well as enterprise systems such as Sales Force, AWD, and SharePoint.
- Develop Word templates, Adobe Acro Pdfs, and Excel spreadsheets to support business requirements.
- Work with business users to gather and document requirements for system changes, enhancements, and modifications.
- Develop and execute test plans and scripts to ensure system changes meet business requirements and function properly.
- Create and maintain system documentation, including system configuration, processes, and procedures.
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and develop and implement solutions.
- Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, including planning, testing, and implementation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and data integrity.
- Provide technical expertise to support business initiatives and projects.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in configuring and maintaining CRM systems and enterprise systems such as Sales Force, AWD, and SharePoint.
- Expert level knowledge in Word templates, Adobe Acro Pdfs, and Excel, with the ability to read and interpret existing Excel formulas and re-write new ones.
- Strong understanding of SQL and ability to read, write and execute SQL queries.
- Experience in system testing and documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Experience working remotely and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
